How long are the classes?

Our group sessions are typically 45–60 minutes.

Do I need experience?

Not at all! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, including beginners and those returning from injury.

What should I bring?

Just a water bottle, towel, and comfortable clothing. Trainers provide all necessary equipment for the session.

Do you offer packages?

Yes! We have flexible class passes to suit your schedule and goals.

Can I train online?

Currently, all sessions are held at our Mornington Park but all programs are uploaded online for you to use or view whenever you desire.

Where are you located?

We train at Mornington Park, occasionally venturing to other locations.

What types of classes do you offer?

Pilates, HIIT, cardio & strength, fit ball, and boxing classes, all supportive groups.
